Lyndsay Agans

Lyndsay Agans has over a decade of experience in technical project management and has proven her abilities in diagnosing and recovering complex and at-risk projects. Her skills include waterfall development methods, evaluation and assessment, instructional and human-centered design, and using technical tools like Visio, Basecamp, and Salesforce CRM. Lyndsay Agans’s extensive project experience has led her to creating and working with international teams, leading grant writing and reporting initiatives, and implementing complex technological changes for system users.

Currently, Lyndsay works with University of Maryland as a senior technical project manager and program manager overseeing the development of global, online graduate programs. She is also projects director for Project Logic, Inc. Previously, she worked for International Baccalaureate rolling out enterprise, data, CRM, and finance projects on a global scale.

Also a writer, Lyndsay has published a novel titled The Key to Oz under the pen name Josephine Anttila.
