Lyndsay is currently working as a Bartender in Williamsburg. Previously Supervisor, Guest Services Policy & Procedures and Technical Writer for Virgin America. Since 2007 Lyndsay has played an active role in Guest Services, developing and implementing new policy & strategies. She was a core team member for Virgin America’s reservations cutover in 2011.
Lyndsay is strongly self-motivated, enthusiastic and profit driven. She is a problem solver who demonstrates the ability to train and supervise diverse teams, build positive alliances with teammates and complete priority initiatives on time and within budget.
