Hello to you! Thanks for dropping by my site and I would like to give you a welcome gift, which would be to get to know a new friend, and that's me! :D
I have worked at Airbnb and Carousell previously in various roles with the Customer Experience team. I love how I am able to grow with both companies and given opportunities to be who I am today.
I graduated from National University of Singapore in 2012 as a Physics major. Prior to that, I interned with a cool startup, Qik in California for a year, in the Customer Service team. It was a great opportunity offered by NUS Overseas College Program, allowing me to experience the inspiring entrepreneurship spirit in Silicon Valley and Stanford University. I worked at OCBC contact centre for a period assisting banking and loan enquiries too. As you may infer, I am particularly interested in customer service and ready to bring it to the next level.
Being in a startup, is where I enjoy working and also able to maximise my abilities and growth. I would love to be an entrepreneur one day. :)
