Lynise Carr

Dr. Carr is the CEO and founder of Parkside Consulting Group (PCG). PCG seeks to get maximum talent out of employees in order to improve effectiveness in the workplace. Lynise recognizes that every organization has varying talent management needs and she is passionate about using strategic HR to reduce costs and improve performance and value for companies in any industry. She believes in building a connection with clients based on trust and honesty and working together to achieve shared goals.

Dr. Carr holds a PhD in Business Psychology and an MA in Clinical Counseling Psychology from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology. Her educational and professional experience working as a supervisor and counselor for MHDR, Inc. has given her extensive practice working with diverse organizations. Lynise has dedicated her consultancy to talent assessment, leader development and coaching, employee engagement, and conflict resolution. She believes in direct, personal attention and takes the time to fully understand client goals and objectives.

Additional skills and knowledge that Dr. Carr possesses are familiarity with government policy compliance, proficiency in American Sign Language in addition to English, change management, and various talent assessments. She is enthusiastic when given opportunities to utilize her creativity in order to execute valuable and strategic business performance.
