Lynn Principe
Clearwater, FL
Since March 2012, Lynn Principe has enjoyed applying her passion for massage therapy on behalf of guests at the beautiful Sandpearl Resort and Spa on Clearwater Beach, Florida. This scenic and tranquil setting provides the perfect backdrop for Ms. Principe to administer a range of pampering treatments strategically designed to achieve maximum relaxation and rejuvenation. As a dual-licensed spa therapist, Lynn Principe is well-versed in a variety of cutting-edge massage methodologies like Reiki and reflexology. Her other areas of expertise include Swedish, deep tissue, and hot stone massage, all popular spa treatments available at the Sandpearl Resort and Spa.
Lynn Principe was inspired to go into spa therapy because she knows that even one or two hours with the right therapist can be profoundly beneficial for the mind, body, and spirit. As a single mother of two, she is keenly aware that women often fail to tend to their own needs because they are so preoccupied with taking care of others. Ms. Principe has personally witnessed the transformative powers of spa treatments on women coping with negative emotions, such as feeling unattractive, overwhelmed, or even dealing with personal tragedy like the loss of a loved one. If only for an hour, a massage or facial can go a long way in easing that anxiety and helping to restore confidence, but Lynn Principe hopes that her clients will carry the memory of feeling connected and nurtured long after the treatment ends. Due her exemplary dedication and passion, Lynn Principe is currently being considered for a lead massage therapist position at this popular Clearwater area spa.
Lynn Principe trained for her massage therapy and esthetician licenses at the Aveda Institute in St. Petersburg where she graduated at the top of her class. She also holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Painting from the Maryland Institute College of Art. Before she began attending massage therapy school in 2011, Lynn Principe spent several years working as a freelance artist in Tampa Bay as well as on the East Coast.
To further her professional development in massage therapy, Lynn Principe continues to learn and train in Reiki and reflexology. She counts Anatomy of the Spirit by Caroline Myss as one of her favorite books and she is also very interested in Donna Eden’s teachings and philosophies on ener
