Lynn Agosta

Lynn Agosta is a seasoned professional in sourcing, research and recruitment, currently serving as a Sourcing Recruiter for Amazon Web Services. She is responsible for East Coast recruiting efforts for Enterprise and Commercial Sales and Solutions Architects.

Lynn joined AWS after serving as Sales Sourcer at Yahoo where she handled sourcing and recruiting efforts across Yahoo!'s North America Sales, Search and Display Ad Sales businesses.

Lynn spent a most of her career at Time Warner in various Sr. Recruitment Research roles. Most recently, she handled sourcing Digital, Technology and Sales executives for the Worldwide Recruitment and Executive Search, the division that supports the executive recruiting efforts for all of Time Warner companies (WB, Time Inc. HBO and Turner Broadcasting.)

Ms. Agosta began with Time Warner in 2003 as a Recruitment Research Consultant and then shortly moved to Warner Bros as a Contract Recruiter. At Warner Bros, Ms. Agosta was responsible for sourcing and recruiting entry to mid-level management professionals in Creative Services and Administration.

Lynn also served as a Senior Recruiter for Forum Personnel where she handled recruitment for mid-level management professionals in finance and accounting.

Ms. Agosta received her BA in Psychology from the California State University, Northridge in 1996. She also received her Certificate in Human Resources Management from Cornell University in 2008.
