Lynn Bout

I am a solo practitioner providing legal assistance and legal advice to businesses and individuals. I offer advice on legal matters and represent clients in areas of commercial contracts, corporate law and intellectual property law. I prefer the personal approach in counseling and making sure clients are educated in their legal options.

With a B.A.LLB from Bangalore University and a Masters degree in International Business law and IP licensing from La Trobe University, Australia, I am qualified and registered in the state of Karnataka to represent clients in the areas of commercial contracts, corporate law and intellectual property. I am also a licensed trademark agent in India. My publications include three books on patent and trademark law.
