I have been a Realtor for many years. Even though I began my career when "technology" was almost non-existent, I stay very up to date on the latest marketing techniques.

The fact that I have all that experience is only as good as how I use it. Technology is so much a part of this industry now. I work very hard to stay up to date on all the changes. My love for technology helps keep me motivated to know the latest and the greatest tools.

I have represented many Builders in New Construction as well as working with re-sale listings and buyers. The experience in new home construction has given me invaluable knowledge of the home building process and quality standards. The marketing of entire subdivisions has allowed me to gain invaluable experience in making one community stand out above another. The concept is very similar in for Sellers and also helping to get the offer accepted for my Buyer clients.

Through all my challenging experiences, I learned the most in the scenarios where I had to put together the marketing plans for communities or homes that were more difficult to sell. Whether it was from a slow market, lots of competition, a location that was not the best or any of the many things that can make selling a property a little more difficult - there was always a lesson to be learned.

I focus on the...Suwanee, Duluth, Buford, Alpharetta and Johns Creek areas but can service all areas of North Atlanta.
