Lynn O'Neill

I live in Chapel Hill, NC, and work as a palliative care physician at Duke University Health System. In addition to my work with patients and families, I take great pride in teaching and practicing communication skills through facilitation of communication skills courses both locally and nationally. I also plan and facilitate Duke University Hospital's Schwartz Center Rounds. I am actively involved in the American Academy on Communication in Healthcare, through which I co-direct the Facilitator in Training Program, and in the American Academy of Hospice and Palliative Medicine.
