I'm a marketing enthusiast with over 2 decades of B2B experience ranging from agencies to a start-up company to a Fortune 50 company, where I've worked for the past 17 years. While the world has changed since I started working, the fundamentals of what companies need from me, has remained the same. Make selling easier, and buying more compelling.

Throughout my career I've always had a passion for beautiful creative - the whole package. It's not enough that the words sound good - they have to appeal to the eye and the ear as well. I like building the whole story, from creating a vision to posting that last YouTube video or sales guide. I am known among my circles as a leader who reaches across organizations and companies to draw in those who can get the job done. I am continually seeking new professional and personal challenges.

For more than a decade, I've been the marketing lead and liaison within IBM to help grow the business with our largest business partners. In this role, I've led our efforts to collaboratively - and at times co-opetitively - come together and offer our clients the 1+1=3 value proposition.

In my spare time I've enjoyed freelance writing, which gives me the opportunity to flex my creative muscles and apply my skills to new businesses. You can check out some of my work here.

I also have fun leading a terrific group of adolescent girls in Scouting, and I also teach an Eagle-required communications course to Boy Scouts. I'm active in my community and serve on PTO boards, school councils and committees.

One of my favorite quotes is from Yogi Berra. "When you come to a fork in the road, take it!" Life is too short to do otherwise.
