I'm a volunteer at my local animal rescue centre, Happy Endings Rescue. I work with horses, a few owls, farm animals and other domestic pets. I have aspergers syndrome, not the normal way of thinking and interacting with the surrounding environment.

I got married in October 2015, not a big fancy affair just a nice registry office in Canterbury with a very small group of family and friends attending.

I am a biomedical scientist with a masters degree in Research, I specialised in cancer genetics and detection methodology. However in 2008, that all changed I was in too much pain to consider working a normal job. So began my new existence as a person who works from home in the virtual world.

At first I thought that my life as I knew it was over, but I soon discovered that life had so much to offer to someone who saw the world different from most.

I started writing for fun and discovered that I had a voice. Now i'm taking a leap head first into freelance blogging and see where it leads.
