Lynne is Associate Director of Instructional Technology for Georgia Virtual Learning (GaVL). She manages a team of instructional technologists. The IT Team at GaVL facilitate projects supporting the websites, a custom student information system, and learning management systems for the Georgia Virtual School, and Georgia Credit Recovery programs.
She has been with Georgia Virtual Learning since January 2008. Prior to working for GaVL, Lynne worked in the fields of commercial printing, instructional technology and e-learning as a web designer and curriculum developer/manager. She also taught Applied Computer Science at Illinois State University.
Lynne has a B.S. in Printing Management and a M.S. in Applied Computer Science. Her interests are in K20 online learning theory, digital citizenship & digital safety.
