Hello, I am Lynnis Woods-Mullins and I am interested in a recruiting position. I currently live in Sacramento, California. My interests range from writing to technology. I am also interested in nutrition, fitness, and anything that challenges me to learn.

Prior to what I do now, I was in the field of Recruitment for over 10 years. I started as as a Sourcer and over time grew to the position of Recruitment Manager. I have worked for fortune 500 companies in the field of Health, Financial Services, Engineering. I have experience in full cycle recruitment, employment law, employee relations, and have recruited for a range of positions from entry-level to Executive level.

I am looking for a company that recognizes that although I have been away from the field of recruitment, I still have excellent skills, have the ability to learn quickly, and have a strong work ethic.

I am especially interested in a virtual position but I am flexible. I want a position that allows me to work autonomously but also as part of a team.
