During her 20 year practice as an autistic child therapist Lynn obtained firsthand experience of how one’s diet impacts body performance and aids in mental and emotional healing. Lynn’s advised diet changes, including removal of foods such as wheat, gluten, dairy and sugars, and inclusion of vitamins and supplements, enormously impacted children's behaviors, attention, focus and general well being.

Following a divorce, becoming a single mother of two children and practically homeless, Lynn felt a calling to sacred medicine, partaking in her first Ayahuasca, San Pedro and Iboga ceremonies with Modern Ancient as well as successfully trialling post ceremony Iboga microdosing. The profound and life changing experience allowed Lynn to heal, perform inner exploration and ignited her spiritual journey. While Lynn had been particularly moved by the documentary ‘Earthlings’ which inspired her to become a vegetarian for her own health, support for animal life and the environment, she found that she could no longer consume dairy and subsequently transitioned to veganism. Sacred medicine had spoken to her on a deeper level, specifically that we are all connected regardless of the different shapes and forms of life.

Lynn’s vegan journey has been one of utmost creativity and passion. She has discovered ways to recreate all of her family’s favorite dishes with meat free alternatives using products such as lentils, mushrooms, chickpeas and jackfruit. Lynn replaces dairy and egg with alternatives such as flax seeds, avocado, chia seeds, apple sauce, aquafaba and gram flour.

Lynn undertakes permanent daily intermittent and periodic water fasting to regenerate her body and provide healing on a holistic level. This resulted in her sustainable weight loss of 42lbs in 12 weeks. Her calling continues to evolve through energy medicine. She is a certified Level II Reiki practitioner and seeks to heal others by example.
