PAST

I am very proud to say the past 27 years of my life is full of happy memories, career successes and a lot of adventures! I had to start my career earlier than originally planned but after starting as an Estate Agent I quickly progressed through the ranks to become a Financial Advisor and within my first year I was exceeding all targets set for me. I remained with that company for 5 years before moving on to become an independent Financial Advisor and really enjoyed the role. I had to go out and find customers, calling internet leads, attending breakfast networking sessions, developing relationships, making presentations and again I achieved a great deal.

I was then given the opportunity to move to San Francisco with my husband and we had the time of our lives, we were lucky enough to be able to live and work in the city, experiencing the different environment, travelling, eating and enjoying our first few years of being married After being in San Francisco for 2 years we decided it was time to go 'home' ..... we were expecting our gorgeous little boy.

PRESENT

That takes me on to where I am today, we are now back in the UK, Justin is already 15 months old and I live in Folkestone with my husband Andrew. Life is very different but in a good way, Andrew and I adore being parents and wouldn't change anything for the world. Now Justin is getting more independent, it is time to get back on the career ladder and after a successful career in finance I have decided to start for the beginning again and I am working in the customer experience team at Holiday Extras. After spending the days at home with Justin playing Lego and watching Peppa Pig it seemed like the perfect position to start in, talking about Legoland and Peppa Pig all day :) It is a really lovely team to be a part of and it is really nice to be selling holidays that people are excited about rather than going back into finance, talking about death and life insurance.

FUTURE

What is round the corner I do not know, Justin is growing quickly and will soon be starting nursery and I am looking forward to watching him grow. I hope that both Andrew and I are successful, happy and the future is as full and happy as the past.
