I am an experienced legal professional with a strong foundation in Cambodian law, public sector policy, and cross-border legal matters. I previously served as Legal Assistant to the Secretary of State at the Ministry of Justice, where I supported legal reform initiatives and court development efforts. Currently, I work as a Legal Clerk at ILAW ASIA, assisting international lawyers with regulatory compliance and business law across Southeast Asia.

My practice includes drafting contracts, legal opinions, and litigation documents in both Khmer and English. I have contributed legal updates on labor, tax, and intellectual property law through firm publications and Legal 500. My experience also spans dispute resolution and criminal case strategy, including NAADR proceedings.
