Lyssa-Fee Crump

I am the Marketing Manager at the International award-winning tech company MUTU System.
I was recently awarded Young Business Person of the Year at the Cornwall Business awards and voted one of Cornwall's 30 Under 30.

Throughout my career, I have consistently been passionate about every position I have held, and I always strive to go above and beyond. Seeing a company grow and succeed through hard work and determination is one of the biggest sources of satisfaction in my life.

I feel my training in the performing arts has helped me perfect my communication skills and enables me to express myself clearly and succinctly. I always enjoyed studying other people and their behaviour and psychology is a big part of performance art. This knowledge is invaluable in marketing as it really helps understand target markets.

I practice Agile Project Management, which has become an extremely important tool for me. It empowers me to make the correct decisions and balance competing priorities in a diverse and complicated workload.

I am also a qualified NLP business practitioner and Master Practitioner.
I am organised, focused on outcomes and believe firmly in demonstrating a clear leadership role to enthuse and motivate employees and harness their full potential.

I have spent a few years working in Outdoor Retail, in an eCommerce format which has given me great understanding in the online market whilst also helping me keep knowledgeable in a subject that interests me.

I am extremely passionate about my work and I am always eager to connect with other marketers.
