I've always dreamed of traveling the world but I never found the courage to do it until I experienced a head-on collision with a driver under the influence. The accident left me with a new appreciation for life.
After recovery I bought a ticket to London and backpacked Europe alone for two months and a half. During my travels I attended the Roskilde Music Festival in Denmark and it became the spark for my love of live events.
Upon my return, I decided to follow this spark and started working as a stagehand for my local theatre, learning set building, lights, sound, and projections. I eventually became a Stage Manager, organizing concerts, plays, musicals, and meetings. Of all the productions I help realize, musicals and concerts are my favorite events to manage.
Getting experience as a Stage Manager helped me to decide to study for a degree in Entertainment Business with Full Sail University. Following my graduation on October, 3rd 2014, I plan on continuing my experience onto bigger events in the hopes of one day working for my dream company, Cirque du Soleil.
