Born in Seattle, I began creating at an early age mainly arts and crafts and cooking. I decided to focus on cooking and graduated in 99' from the school of culinary arts at AiS. I worked for a few years as a chef in Seattle and then took my first trip to Europe. When I arrived in Rome I knew I was where I needed to be at the time. I found a job and began taking language courses and from there began visiting and working in kitchens around Italy. In 2003 I came back to Seattle and decided to try glassblowing. I was instantly captivated, pursued a career as a glassblower for the next 4 years. In 2008 I moved to Tuscany Italy where I've been glassblowing and working as a chef.
