I am a decisive, collaborative, and highly analytical senior executive with 30+ years of progressive leadership experience. I am considered to be a thought leader among my contemporaries.

I founded Agarwal Estates 13 years ago with my wife, Prema Agarwal. Relocating back to India, I realized that the need of the hour was to have a one-stop real estate solutions firm—one that could take clients from confusion to clarity.

Our vision is to change the perception of real estate services in India. At Agarwal Estates, trust is redefined and our core value is transparency. What started with just the two of us has now grown into a 40+ member strong team.

As a resourceful problem solver, I possess an innate ability to conceptualize and implement growth strategies, increase productivity, drive revenue, build brand awareness, and enhance customer acquisition. I thrive as an articulate communicator with exceptional interpersonal skills to effectively lead and mobilize cross-functional teams to accomplish corporate objectives.

Previously, I was in a Global Leadership role at Cisco for Managed Services. As a Program Director, I worked across different verticals such as data centre, contact centre, health care, energy management, security, Wi-Fi, and service provider (ISP), covering technologies from PC to mainframe. My CSAT score for 11 consecutive quarters at Cisco was 5/5.

Prior to that, at Dell, I spearheaded operations and simultaneously implemented large network projects for clients including Vought Aircraft, Vanguard Health Systems, Tenet Healthcare, LPCH Hospital, Hillcrest Healthcare, Global Home, and Centex Homes.

At Red Hat, I implemented and ensured troubleshooting of large network projects for the consulting wing of the company.

Alongside my professional journey, I have also participated in Siddharth Basu’s quiz shows and am an avid global traveler, having visited 50+ countries and explored 25+ states in the U.S. These experiences have broadened my perspective, deepened my appreciation for diverse cultures, and strengthened my ability to connect with people from all walks of life.
