I’m Shaan😃 - A public speaker, Technology Enthusiast, from Chennai, India.

I am working with the largest Indian vernacular Social Media platform, ShareChat (Moj) as Senior Operations Associate. Creator's onboarding, Account Management, and Content Analytics, Strategy planning for improving user retention are my grounds to take care of here. Working from Home is fun and challenging at times 😅

Earlier, I worked at 3Ding from T-Hub, Hyderabad- the Largest Startup Incubator in the country. One day, I will be 3D Scanning people, interacting with international delegates on the other day, networking with 250 other startup peers/mentors on the other day, and making some customized 3D printed objects for me. For most of my workday, I work on planning and hosting 3D Printing techno-business Workshops in different places, interacting with customers, doing demo & online training sessions, handling business meetups, making business deals, and coming up with strategic partnerships.

I am facing a lot of hurdles and enjoying a lot at my work. It is not easy to be here (startup environment), but yeah, It will make us aspire and strive for more every day!
