Ann Gray is a creative business strategist. Her 12 years of experience in growth solutions and strategic planning within organizations has contributed to her expertise in the strategic direction of organizations.

Ann earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Central Oklahoma with a business communications major. She earned a Master of Business Administration degree in International Business from Oklahoma Baptist University, and is currently pursuing candidacy for a P.h.D in International Relations from Swansea University in Wales, U.K. Ann teaches courses in the Master's Degree program at Oklahoma Baptist University as an Adjunct Professor. She teaches an Organizational Strategies course as well as Leadership in Organizations and Organizational Behavior and Human Resources. Ann developed strategies for improvement plans and growth solutions throughout her career, working with corporations, non-profit organizations, as well as small businesses.
