Mike Coyle

As a law-enforcement veteran, my track record demonstrates a passion for extensive leadership opportunities. I have served on several boards, and was a founding member of the Utah Gang Investigator Association (UGIA). I have served on the UGIA board in many capacities, including the UGIA President. In my work with the UGIA, I was instrumental in bringing together law enforcement officers from across the state, and building a network of gang prevention professionals. During my tenure in leadership, I was responsible for providing training on gang issues and activities through out the state of Utah.

Because of my demeanor, people find it easy to open up to me for advice, counsel, and opinions. I have been widely sought out to instruct and lead officers on matters such as use of force, gang identification, and intelligence gathering. Due to my extensive knowledge, experience, and desire to embrace difficult assignments, I have been instrumental in gathering intelligence, for a multiple of high profile cases.
