What I do:

Library Technology Specialist: I teach K-8 students computer literacy, coding, digital citizenship, and typing skills.

Technology Coordinator and Manager: I manage my school's technology and allocate appropriate tech to my staff.

Philosophy, Technology in a Classroom Setting:

Educators should strive to integrate technology in their classrooms as part of their normal daily routine. Just as papers and pencils are essential learning tools, computers, tablets, projectors, and online tools must also be made essential for the 21st-century classroom. Students today are technology natives, they are born into advanced educational technology. We need to make technology a part of their classroom culture and used seamlessly throughout the day.
