Md Mozahidul Islam

My name is Md. Mozahidul Islam. Here I have portrayed a brief description about me.

I am from Bangladesh which is situated at the south-eastern part of Asia. It got independence in 1971 after a nine-month mortal combat with the cost of three million lives and two hundred thousand ultimate sacrifice of mothers and sisters.

I have passed my Secondary School Certificate Exam from Katla High School (under Dinajpur district) in 2003. Later I got admitted in Dhaka Residential Model College (equivalent to high schools in US) and passed my Higher Secondary School Certificate Exam in 2005. It must be mentioned that Dhaka is the capital city of Bangladesh.

After passing my HSC I attended in Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (also known as BUET) in 2006. I studied five long years there and successfully completed my Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering (concentration on Transportation) in 2011. I became involved in a research project in the same department in June, 2011. Meanwhile, I also got admitted for graduate program at BUET. I finished my MS from this university in 2013. On August of the same year, I resigned from the post of 'Research Engineer'.

After that, I obtained the opportunity to attend in The University of Alabama at Birmingham ( or, UAB) for my MS course in Civil Engineering. Currenly I am enrolled as a 'Graduate Research Assistant' at UAB.

My dream is to dedicate myself in reserach and development related professional jobs. Before that I have a wish to complete my PhD as well.

I honestly believe that well-defined aim, strong dedication for hard work, honesty and enjoyment of work, if blend properly, can lead to the pinnacle of success in life.
