What’s up? My name is Michael, but most people call me Mike. I'm currently living on the Sunshine Coast in Queensland, Australia.

My career started in the construction industry, where I started an apprenticeship as a boilermaker. I then moved to Brisbane to play Rugby League in the QLD state competition.

Not wanting to return to the construction industry as a long-term career, I picked up some work as a Brand Ambassador doing event promotions while looking for something else. Much to my surprise, I found a passion for working with people in such a fast-paced industry and worked as a sales manager for the next two and a half years.

At the beginning of 2017, I took the leap and started my own Marketing Agency, The Marketing Collective. Running a business is challenging and rewarding, and I recommend it to anyone who truly wants to see what they are capable of.

In 2018, I moved the business north up to the Sunshine Coast, where it is based today.

My daily schedule sees me doing things I never thought possible, and I find great joy in helping people develop their own skill sets to achieve their own version of success and fulfil their greatest aspirations.

I am a massive sports fan and will watch pretty much anything in my spare time. I also love cooking great food to share with people. Most weekends are spent with my beautiful family, hanging out outdoors, eating great food, and watching sports.
