Hi! I'm M Middleton. My initials are MMM (Margaret Matheson Middleton). My parents , or anyone I know, have never called me Margaret a day in my life. It never fit me even as a baby. Most people don't even know that's my “real” name. Since I was little I have always been known to be very impulsive. I don't think' I've ever thought more than 3 seconds about a decision I have made in my entire life. It's not a great trait to have but it keeps my life very interesting and has my friends and family on their toes at all times. I have always been a dog lover. I volunteer at shelters, grew up with at least two dogs in my house at all times, I'm allergic to dogs and even breaking out in hives can't stop me from petting any dog until my eyes start to swell and I can't see anymore lol.
So when I got to college freshmen year I was extremely dog deprived, like most people. I was playing soccer for UGA and living in the dorms and would get kicked off the team and probably campus if I got a dog and had it with me in the dorms. That naturally didn't stop me, as I mentioned before I tend not to think about my decisions. So I went to work looking for my perfect dog. Hypo allergenic and cute. That's all I required. I found one on a website based out of Pennsylvania.
Keep in mind it's been two days since I have decided I and my parents have no idea about me even thinking about getting a dog. I immediately contacted the breeder and we made a deal to meet half way in Kentucky. I went to the ATM grabbed some cash, charged a room in a hotel on my friends card, Venmoed her, and drove 16 hours to some city outside of Lexington to stay in a hotel before I got my very own dog.
His name is Ollie. He is a mini poodle and a Portuguese water dog mix. He is the love of my life and so well trained (I take full credit for that). He lived in the dorm with three of my team mates in Bussbee hall with out getting caught for 5 months and is my biggest blessing. My parents were extremely mad when I brought him home for obvious reasons but fell in love with him and didn't have to deal with potty training him so they moved on eventually. (they think I'm seriously insane) (they could be right)
Ollie turned three this summer and I have never met a dog more loved than mine!
