I am M. Olanrewaju Yusuf-Odeduntan, a seasoned freelance content, and copywriter.

Growing up, I never liked writing. It's always a burden on me when I had to write. As a student, I avoided literature class like a plague. But I am more at home with calculations and that made me like accounting. I graduated as an accountant and even proceeded to obtain my membership of the prestigious Institute of Chartered Account of Nigeria. I can also say that am good at excel too because of my love for solving complex calculations using MS excel.

However, when I floated my financial consulting outfit, I discovered that not everyone understands calculations and I have to express my accounting figures in form of a report to the understanding of my clients with the help of a freelance writer, which makes them appreciate my work better.

This constraint got me into having to learn how to write financial reports myself. Then I discovered that there is more to writing as a freelance writer when I had to assist a client to raise working capital for his rice processing mills.

I prepared his financials and wrote a beautiful pitch that attracted angel investors who provided him with the needed funds

The success of this transaction further pushed me to dig deeper into freelance writing. I attended several online training and mentorship programs that made me get better in writing until I become an authority in content/ copywriting freelancing.
