GETTING TO KNOW MICHELLE: A forward-thinking senior-level marketing manager with a passion for consumer marketing, particularly in the music industry. With over seven years of experience specializing in strategy development and consumer engagement tactics, Michelle has developed innovative campaigns that drove brand awareness, customer loyalty, and online growth at companies including Demand Media, AOL, and Disney.

BEGINNING OF A DREAM: As a child, Michelle would track weekly Nielsen ratings and Billboard charts, read industry books, skimmed "Entertainment Weekly" and dreamt of life in NYC working at a major entertainment company. The summer before her 9th grade year (1999, a time where music sales were at an all-time high, Britney Spears came onto the scene, and teenagers rushed home to watch MTV's TRL every afternoon) she witnessed the true power music had on fans through the release of the Backstreet Boys' "Millennium" album. This defining moment made her want to work in music marketing to create similarly emotional and impactful experiences for music audiences.
