Manisha Sewraj

Hello, my name is Manisha Sewraj. I am a first year International Business and Languages student in Rotterdam. I work in a supermarket and I occasionally have to manage as a supervisor. Being a supervisor has taught me many things, such as how to benefit from the strengths of my co-workers to make the supermarket a pleasant place, where people can shop with comfort. Besides working in a supermarket, I also try to go to the gym as often as I can, because I believe that a healthy mind resides in a healthy body. The gym did not only benefit my health, but going to the gym has also changed me into a more discipled person. Being disciplined helps me to complete the work that I have to do. Apart from all of this, I enjoy spending my free time making photos, painting and walking. Making photos helps me to realise that sometimes you must see things from another perspective. Painting and walking relaxes me, and I use them as a stress remedy. But having such a busy life does not keep me away from trying to improve myself every day.
