M2M Condois a new residential condominium development coming up by Aoyuan Property Holdings at Yonge & Finch in North York. Development will be positioned at 5915 Yonge Street and is planned to have 5 towers comprising approx 1,600 mixed condo units.

First two towers 36 & 34 storeys comprising approx 291 and 295 units with 8 storey shared podium are releasing in late spring 2018. Development will include residential, retail and office/ commercial space, would be served by four-level underground garage.
