As a partner of the corporate law firm Howard & Howard based out of Royal Oak, Michigan, I have served in a number of capacities surrounding business and corporate law, including financial transactions, regulatory matters, and entrepreneurial counsel.

Much of my practice has focused on financial institutions, particularly in areas concerning mergers, acquisitions, public trading, and more. Over the last decade I've overseen several landmark financial trades, including the first ever purchase of a bank by a credit union, the first ever purchase of a stock-owned bank by a credit union, and the first ever purchase of a bank by a state-chartered credit union.

In addition, I have also spent much of my time in this practice counseling individual entrepreneurs on growth strategies, business restructuring, and strategic planning. In my spare time I'm involved in multiple business ventures throughout the state of Michigan such as commercial office space and the further development of a quick-service franchise.
