Marko Dejanovic

Marko Dejanovic is a construction manager at Meritage Homes Corporation in Atlanta, GA from 1992. He supervises and directs the operations on a construction project from beginning to end to ensure that it is completed safely, on time and within the budget. He controls the time, cost and quality of the construction projects by planning and coordinating of all aspects of the construction process.
Marko oversees the building process from the very beginning, works closely with architects and engineers to go over plans and blueprints, and makes timetables for the project. Then he determines the material and labor costs, schedules the workers on site, gather permits and make sure that everything is up to code.
