Mercy Anih-Bello is an educator and a US trained nonprofit/ social enterprise leader who has spent the last six years working actively structuring startups, coordinating social enterprise and human capital development projects. She is currently the executive director of DreamCode Africa (www.dreamcode.africa).

At the core of her work is her love for God, children/youth, education, technology and community development. With DreamCode, she hopes to directly equip 10,000 young minds by 2025 for entrepreneurship, employment, leadership and a life of purpose.

She is a lecturer at Covenant University where she teaches undergraduates about entrepreneurship and how to create sustainable business ventures.

Mercy has a Master’s degree in Organisational Leadership from Eastern University, She is a beneficiary of Bank of America’s Certificate in Women’s Entrepreneurship from Cornell University, She is also an alumna of African Women Entrepreneurship Cooperative and the UrbanPromise International Fellowship.
