Hello, I’m Bongiwe Mabunda. I am a student teacher who is already passionate and eager to be in the Workspace. I think being a teacher is a "cool" job. I found joy whenever I told my baby sister about historical events. She would act like she was not interested only to find out she would go into her room and write about what I have shared with her and that I was extremely patient and passionate whenever I shared things with her. I then knew what I wanted to dedicate most of my life's work to- learning with and teaching people- which brings an incomprehensible feeling of joy.

With becoming a teacher, it is a belief of mine to at least know a little about everything. So, to achieve this I challenged myself to learning how to play both the violin and guitar. I have managed to break two strings off my guitar and instead of replacing them I decided it would become an even interesting challenge to play acoustic guitar with only four strings. I think that is a bit unconventional. I am yet to find other passions but for now I like spending my time listening to old-school blues and any kind of romantic music I can find. I make playlists for any generation Z who have an old soul.
