A harried, mid-40's high school teacher in poor health and with a poor attitude. My quest is to improve BOTH (the health and the attitude) by taking better care of myself. Beyond the physical improvements, I would also like to rid my house and my life of all the accumul ated clutter.

Mom of two smarty-pants adult kids, wife of the best man on Earth, and favorite human of five dogs, three cats, and innumerable fish.

Active in my community and church -- to the extent that my floors haven't been swept in weeks!
