I have over 14 years experience in all aspects of nonprofit development incorporating fundraising, volunteer engagement, staff management and development, and mission integration. I am passionate about impacting my community in a positive way through collective, strategic direction and measurable quality programs.

I believe strongly in the collaboration of leaders and partners across the nonprofit industry in order to leverage the best possible outcomes for our communities. A healthy community begins with healthy, innovative, and supportive leadership and I lead by example.

My career has been focused on providing strategy, implementation and follow through to impact my community with quantitative outcomes specific to marketing, fundraising and youth focused programming.
