Postdoctoral Researcher in Charlotte, NC
I am a bioinformatician and phylogeneticist, working to close the gap between pure and applied science.
I currently work as a postdoctoral researcher at the Department of Bioinformatics and Genomics of the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. In collaboration with Dr. Daniel Janies and his team, we are developing genomic and experimental resources to study regeneration with funding from the National Institutes of Health (NIH). I am responsible for different comparative genomic projects ranging from poison dart frogs to coronaviruses.
