Jim Machajewski

With a background that includes front end technologies, user interface design, usability research and analysis, and analytics, I have been actively engaged in online strategies for over 19 years. Throughout my career my focus has been on ease of use and simplicity of implementation. I've worked with some pretty big brands; Dell, Perot Systems, Verizon, Kinko’s, Hewitt Associates, Boots Pharmacy, and Tenet Healthcare to name a few. With that scale comes a fair amount of complexity. My job is to cut through that complexity and to simplify on behalf of the user. I am currently the Director of User Experience Design at Dell. I manage Design Governance for all of Digital Customer Experience, I also manage the internal development of our proprietary prototyping framework, and several user experience teams focused on project delivery for internal and external customers.
