Long ago a child was born destined for greatness. Though through the formative years would bear no fruit of this righteous destiny, fate had other ideas. Time and experience would forge the advanced mind of the man who would become known to the world as The Great Machiavelli. Through a combination of precisely tuned mental faculties and a god given charm this champion would rise on high. After a long lived life he would develop hared toward conventional currency. Money, the devil paper. Instead his focus to this day would remain on quality of life. Believing there is always partying to be done some where, Machiavelli blazes across the map, making sure the lives of all he touches suck just a little bit less. Long Live Section 31.
