Pete Macho

I have been a Madison area resident since 1964. Currently a Middleton resident since 1990. I have enjoyed a past career in the restaurant industry for 30+ years. Ranging from the front of the house to the back. Spending four years as an Instructor at MATC in the Hospitality program and serving on advisory boards were a highlight of my career.

After that, I was the Manager of one of the largest Collectible shop in the midwest. Customer service was the key to that industry! We kept track of birthdays, anniversaries and then sent out cards often.

Fast forward to Fall 2007 when I began my latest career in Real Estate. I have been consistently in the top 20% in our office each of my past 5 years. I have served on our ALC Agent Leadership Council for three of those years. I am also very proud to have been named Keeper of the Culture for two years as well as our Regional Keeper of the Culture.
