I've loved writing from a very young age, and since becoming a mother 12 years ago I've done so little. Writing is a creative outlet for me, a way to filter the thoughts from my mind and make some sense of them. I think in pictures, have a wonderfully vivid imagination and I've recently decided it's time to let the visions flow from me to hopefully, one day, be enjoyed by others.

I have learned how writing enables me to bring to life the parts of me that I ordinarily keep hidden when in the company of my family, work colleagues and peers.

The time has come that I can no longer be happy 'wanting' to write, but for my own inner happiness, I 'must' write. I think of it as unleashing my inner vixen.
