Hey, I’m Maciej,

I’m a fresh graduate living in Warsaw, Poland. I have bachelor's degree in field of Internal Security. I specialize in subject close to Economical Security. I'm planning to go back to university within 5 years and get a degree in Economics or related subject. I would also like to start postgraduate studies this or next year (not sure yet!) in field of Project Managing.

Starting postgraduate studies heavily relies on if I find a suitable and stable job or not. I'd like to find myself in a company that invests in young people and gives them a chance to grow and learn new skills.

However, I already have some of my first professional work experience. During my school years I worked in various places (mostly in retail) for companies such as IKEA or Adidas. Last year in September, I got into position of office assistant in KT Corporation where I worked for a little over 6 months providing support for 8 people in their duties ranging from preparation of daily reports to taking notes during meetings. Our ways with KT has parted because the project company was coming to an end and they're planning to move out of the country.

During job interviews people tend to ask me why did I pick Internal Security as my field of studies and the answer is simple.It's because the range of subjects is really interesting. It spans from history and psychology to economical security and data protection.

I'm interested in history and politics. But I'm nowhere near being an over-serious boring, person. I also enjoy reading comic books and playing video games (I'm competitive so I enjoy playing online!). There was also an episode, where I got really into marketing and psychology of masses.

As every person I have strong and weak sides. The strong ones are logical thinking and problem solving and as for the weak ones I'd say that sometimes I'm over talkative and too competitive. Upside of being talkative is that I'm a likeable person for most people and I've no problems establishing new contacts. : )
