I possess practical experience in leading projects from concepts arising through design, testing, up until receiving FDA and MDR approval and releasing products to the market.
A combination of a development engineering mind with project management experience enables me to easily grasp complex topics while having the ability to see the big picture.

I successfully delivered several complex projects in a global matrix structured medical organization with team members spread out in several locations in Europe (Switzerland, Germany, Estonia) as well as the United States (Massachusetts and California) both internally, and externally.

I continuously strive to improve my knowledge through various leadership and management courses.
