I'm an Anthropologist who specializes in Mesoamerican Archaeology. I earned my B.A. in Anthropology at Cleveland State University where I graduated Summa Cum Laude. I recently finished my masters in Anthropology at University of Cincinnati. I plan to earn my PhD. in Anthropology and teach at a University one day.

The majority of my field experience has been in the Cuyahoga Valley National Park where I have worked for 5 years on a joint project between the NPS and CSU. I recently completed my first field season in Belize where I conducted a survey project discovering and mapping previously unknown Maya archaeological sites in the jungle.

My research looks at different types of borders used to define spaces. My thesis work exams the concept of borders between secondary formations of Say Kah and La Milpa South as well as the physical and social borders that define these two sites.
