Mackenzie Brady

What I am most passionate about is helping other people, achieving goals, and finding solutions to problems, whether that is working independently or within a team. An advantage I have over others would be taking the time to understand clearly what the other party needs and wants then working hard to provide it. This also allows me to build a sincere relationship with people, which I feel is extremely important when having a career in recruitment. Having the opportunity to help solve peoples' problems in a way that will earn their undying gratitude is something that I believe makes a job worth doing.
