StrengthsQuest:The strength that I resonate with the most is Empathy. For me, this strength speaks to the fact that I can gain a better understanding of others by sympathizing with their emotions and feel what they are feeling. I can draw out emotions and intense topics from others, see them as unique individuals, and strive to make others comfortable around me. This also means I can feel too intimidated at times to bring out serious topics, so I avoid them to seem less intrusive. This helps in my academic life by making the material more personal and relatable to me, because I love gaining those new insights about topics like psychology or communities. When it comes to my personal life, this can cause me to be too emotional and invested in people I don't know very well. Socially, though, it helps me make an impression on a wide variety of people that I care about them and want to get to know them.

Time Management Activities:The time management activities consisted of calculating the hours we needed to do the work for our classes based on the difficulties of the course. Then we scheduled out our daily schedules to find out how many hours we have to do the work and seeing if there is enough time to do everything. Personally, I have enough time to do all of my work, but I have a habit of procrastinating throughout the week and cramming my work into one Sunday. I also love to spend time with people and fill up my free time with hangouts. For now, I need to prioritize getting my work done in a timely manner, which will free me up to hang out with people over the weekend. For the future, I will have to make sure that I do not over load my schedule with classes and work so that I don't have time to get the work done.

Wellness Dimensions:The wellness dimensions test was a rather interesting test to take. It showed which areas of wellness (career, creative, emotional, environmental, financial, intellectual, physical, social, and spiritual) that you are doing well in or poorly in. I seemed to score on or slightly higher than the Ohio State average in all the categories except in the Intellectual and Environmental categories. In the future, I hope to improve my interest in gaining a greater excitement for intellectual pursuits while maintaining my stress on the other aspects, like emotional, spiritual, social, and creative.
