I already have arthritis. Ridiculous I know, how could I already have arthritis?
It’s not necessarily the how but more so the why. I tend to go about my life doing everything all out. Whether it was sports growing up, learning how to play the drums, or trying to cook, I always would push for the top. I found I liked the competition when I came up against other people with my same love for a good challenge. That’s what drew me to Georgia.
I’ve been a fan since I remember having my own thoughts, I heard stories as I got older, however, that discouraged me from Georgia because of how seemingly impossible it was to get in. So I did what I could. Worked my head off in high school so that my college “resume” looked good enough and I applied. I applied to other schools too but I wanted Georgia because it was my dream and my longest challenge yet. Now to the how of the arthritis. Turns out that going all out in sports and the gym can cause a little bit of damage, especially as a smaller guy facing up against grown men in football. Causes injuries like a blown-up knee. :)
And if I could go back to change any of it, I wouldn’t, because I wouldn’t want to have it any other way.
