I want to build better products - ones driven by a true customer need. I have spent over 15 years working in all aspects of product marketing, ranging from launching mobile phones for Samsung to producing direct marketing campaigns for Cisco.

I have always been curious about what motivates us. Starting from a young age in Honduras to studying anthropology in college, I have always focused on trying to uncover deeper understanding of others. It is what makes working in technology so much fun - it is fundamentally impacting how weconnect, communicate, and share.

At the same time, I've seen technology complicate, not improve our lives too often and I have seen too many good sounding products fail. My goal is to bring the consumer properly back into the center of the conversation and build better products and marketing campaigns.

When I am not trying to change the technology world as we know it, I'm having my own world turned upside down by one of my two boys. You can see plenty of photos of them on my Flickr or Babybook (I mean Facebook) pages. To help keep ourselves balanced, my wife and I try to spend quality time outdoors with our family. You may also see me around town trying to get in a quick run or bike ride.
