Mac Josselin is a Social Entrepreneur, empowering individuals and families in the way of financial freedom and self -sufficiency through coaching and teaching financial literacy. She is a certified instructor with the National Financial Educators Council and a member of the Personal Finance Speaker's Association, headquartered in Santa Monica, CA.
Her media presence includes a radio interview on 94.3FM (New Haven, CT), a front page article in The Stamford Advocate-Business, The Greenwich Times, The News Times, The Associated Press News and Fairfield County Business Journal. She is also a featured blog-writer on an international online forum.
She received her Bachelor of Science from University of Florida (UF), where she studied Public Relations and Business Administration. During her time of study at UF, Josselin spent a semester abroad in Tanzania (East Africa) at the University of Dar-es-Salaam. After her program, she spent the summer volunteering in Nairobi, Kenya.
Upon graduating from the University of Florida, Josselin decided it was time to give back to her global community and moved to Ghana, West Africa where she served as Director of Alumni Relations at a seminary in the capital, Accra.
In addition to working full-time, Josselin is deeply rooted in her Fairfield County, Connecticut community. She volunteers with the personal finance program at the Women's Business Development Council and at the Dept. of Human Services. She is an active member of her local chapter of Toastmaster’s International. Her other community involvements include public speaking engagements on finances and faith. She was also a board member of the Local and International Missions Committee of her church and served as a leader and mentor to high school students with YoungLife, a Christian Service Oganization.
She aspires to one day have her OWN TV series called "Talk Money with Mac."
Josselin is a 2015 & 2016 Finisher of the Tough Mudder in Vermont and Long Island, a 10-mile and 19 military-type obstacle race event.
Josselin lives in CT with her family. She is passionate about her faith, sharing her love for healthy eating and taking on new fitness challenges. Her interests include traveling around the world, exercising, reading, horseback riding, spending time with loved ones and meeting new people.
